1. Alot of medications(also called Allopathic, or english) medicenes have been to have side effects. Have you evet tried "Homeopathy" medicenes? or like the Homeopath's call it remedies.

As far as your drugs you've mentioned you can check yourself for any drugs in PDR(Physicians Drug Reference) http://www.pdrhealth.com/drug_info/ in this link type for any drug, and it will tell you the side effects, causes, drug interactions, etc

Hope you have a healing, for your situation with a healthy, natural healing and remedy. Be Blessed.

2. Umm I am taking Valium and Lyrica and have lost weight so I really hope you do not gain it, now that I lost it? In other words I lost it, who got it?

3. Cymbolta is an antidepressant and unfortunately weight gain is a known side effect of these class of drugs, along with being habit forming, causes insomnia, fatigue an upset stomach and loss of libido.

Lyrica on the other hand should pose a problem for weight gain as the common side effects there are mild to moderate dizziness and feeling sleepy. These can be reduce by altering the medication.
