What Causes My Knee Pain?
I'm very young, don't do any sports or strong physical activity, eat the right foods, and yet I have strong knee pain in both legs when I add any more pressure to them. ( This includes lifting things, climbing stairs, bending down, etc.) It just started a few months ago, and only happened every so often. Now it is present whenever I do any of the activities listed above. HELP?

1. Are you a teenager? if so it's common in growing teens to get aching pains in the knees especially if they are growing fast.
2. If you are still growing it might be Osgood schlatter syndrome, which usually occurs between the ages of 9-16. It can can affect both knees, it happens when there is inflammation at the growth plate of the tibial tuberosity (a bony lump in your knee). Osgood -schlatters if usually associated with sports, but not always. Try using ice packs, resting it and taking some anti-inflammatory mediction. Good luck and hope you feel better soon!
3. Maybe go to dr good luck.....................................
4. This could be a growing problem called Osgood schlatters. this occurs in many teenagers and is quite painful (I had it myself). If you ice right below the kneecap (probably source of the pain) it would help. Wearing knee braces or knee pads (the stretchy ones that give you support) it will help. Wear them for a week and take Advil. Before you know it, the pain will be gone. Good Luck!
5. Turn over your fav shoes: any unevenly-worn spots on the soles? Wear flip-flops only occasionally; laceup shoes with good soles are best. Ask mom about trying Aleve as label directs for 10 days. Drink 6 glasses plain water everyday.
If not improved in 7 days, time to see a foot doc (Podiatrist).
