What is the best treatment for Chronic Fatigue/Fibromyalgia?

I tried Cymbalta for 2 weeks and the side effects were horrible.

1. that stuff never worked for me. it was Ibuprofin, warm baths or a hot tub and something to make you sleep at night. the problem is that when you sleep you don't go into a deep enough sleep for you muscles to relax. therefore you wake up just a tired and sore as when you went to bed if not worse. more than 2 days of sleep depravation will trigger your symtoms. good luck. sometimes you just have to work through the pain. I know it's not much help but it happens.

2. Cymbalta is the only thing that works for me. It took a good month to get over side effects and be able to sleep.

3. You need to give it at least a month. The side effects will go away and then you will feel better.

4. A complete overhaul of your health, particularly, popping pills may provide temporary relief, but it will only be temporary, as slip deeper into decline.
A fast may seem radical, but it will almost definitely work.
I know somebody who overcame it by fasting at Scott's Natural Health Institute in Ohio.

5. You can try serratia peptidase I have been told that it helps reduce pain and inflammation.
