1. why are you asking us? you should go to the doctor and I recommend that you do.
2. Whoa, you have been doing a lot of reading and research... Too much, I'd say!
Your friends only want to help, I am sure, but unless your friends are doctors, don't bother! See your regular doctor for a checkup and to discuss your concerns. They can refer you to a specialist (psychologist or otherwise) if you want.
3. Mental conditions and the hearing voices sound like schizophrenia. Never heard of mental symptoms associated with fibromyalgia, tho it could be depressing as there's not much that really helps it.
Call your doc and discuss it with him/her. We really can't diagnose.
4. That's quite a list - you need to see a physician to sort it out, and the sooner the better. It may be something serious, and there may be more than one thing going on that needs to be addressed.
Good luck!
5. Not fibromyalgia, the muscle and joint pain fits, but none of the others do, especially decreased senisiblity to pain. Fibromyalgia cause an increased sensitivity to touch and pain.
6. See Dr. Leland Heller

7. How about this, you're neurotic and a hypochondriac.
8. Hello
I have a brain disorder myself, I'm Bipolar. There are many, many conditions that need to be ruled out prior to accepting Bipolar as a diagnosis. This is true for almost any 'mental disease'. Your primary care doctor and your psychiatric doctor will need to coordinate and run down all the possibilities before accepting your psychiatric diagnosis.
For example, I would expect many blood tests to be done including for STDs (amazing the 'mental' affects some can have long term). I would expect screening for organ function, blood sugar regulation, thyroid function, etc. You may have medical scans like CAT scan or MRI to see if there are abnormalities in your brain, to check for tumors, to ensure no lesions... Really the list is quite extensive and you can only really discuss it with your doctors.
I wish you the best of luck!
9. Fibromyalgia is the physical stuff, the mental stuff is probably more like bipolar, but you should talk to a doctor about both.
10. Check out http://www.fibromyalgiasource.com for lots of articles and information about Fibromyalgia including my experience living with it.
11. You need medical help, I have fibromyalgia and am pretty well informed on the syndrome. Most of these symptoms except for the pain and joint issues are not typical fibro, although depression comes along with most people that have fibro, I think yours might fall outside of normal depression. Please get yourself some help, you don't have to live with all of those symptoms.
