1. havent heard that one.. But Lyrica is great for fibromyalgia2. Some of my fibromyalgia newsletter readers have tried Cymbalta. You can read their comments by going to www.fms-help.com. Type Cymbalta in the search box. Then hit Alt-F to find Cymbalta on each page.

4. I've been taking Cymbalta for months now, and it has helped my nerve pain greatly. I've studied up, along with my husband, and it is supposed to be the best for RSD and other nerve pain.
5. I've read on a few forums that people with MS and FMS do get relief from Cymbalta. I've never tried it, I think. Names are different here for some of the meds (in Israel).
I've tried SO MANY things for my MS + FMS pain. I finally got Lyrica about 2 months ago and it seems to be the best thing yet.
As far as sleeping, I fall asleep after I take my evening meds while I'm still watching TV, then wake up for another hour or 2 and then don't sleep well in bed. That nap in early evening seems to be my "mid-day" nap. I can't sleep during the day.
