1. Tell your dr. that the medication you are taking now is not working. He can switch you to something else.

I was given Imitrex for my migraines at first and it did not do anything. My dr. switched me yo Maxalt and it worked like a charm. I have migraines that are really bad.

2. See your doctor. He/she will give you different prescriptions for your migraine's.

3. WHITE FLOWER!!

4. chop off your leg then your head wont be the center of pain

5. Make an ice pack for your head. Go into a darkened room and try to relax and lay down. But first, put a call into your doctor to tell him you are in excruciating pain and that the medication is not relieving you. He will most likely call in another prescription. One time I thought I had migraines and it was a sinus infection. Are you suffering from sinus? Or maybe you have both...maybe you need antibiotics also. I really hope you feel better.

6. You didn't say what pills you've already tried.

- Pick up some generic Tylenol from the pharmacy. You don't need a prescription. While you're there, also grab generic ibuprofen.
- Take 1000mg of tylenol with 800mg ibuprofen, every 6 hours. You should also drink a carbonated caffeinated beverage with the pills, like a Coke. The caffeine helps "fix" your veins to stop the headache and the carbonation helps the pills get absorbed faster.

If that does not work, call your doctor and ask for Midrin. It's used mainly for migraines but also helps with my tension and sinus headaches.

7. Well, I don't know about right now but maybe the next time, it will not that bad. There is a 'health wellness tool' that you can try.
1) It generates energize water for fast absorption while drinking
2) Try using the Bio-disc' under the pillow while sleeping
3) Use white rays(torchlight) & Bio disc at throbbing area
4) Bathe or shower with energize water
