I take Lyrica and cymbalta for my nerve pain and fibromyalgia. Can these two togeather cause seizures?

Public Comments

1. I dont know about the seizures but I started lyrica about a week and a half ago and now noticed my hands and feet are swollen.I take it for fibromyalgia also and it is working for me except for the swelling.Does it do this to you?

2. In extreme high doses on both meds together can possible cause seizures. Do not take these meds together, space these out by alteast 2 hours apart. Check on Webmd.com

3. I was on both of them together, but I took my cymbalta in the am, and then my 2 doses of lyrica at lunch and bed time. I didn't have any problems except weight gain, and the lyrica stopped working for me after a few months.

4. I've never heard of that happening. I was on Elavil & Neurotin (the cheap versions of those) and I never had a problem.
