1. Nothing. However, check out "Qigong Empowerment" from your local or county library or buy a used copy and begin practicing the medical and healing qigong (Books 1 and 4 -- but they're really sections within the one book). There is an exercise there that helps me reduce the intensity of normal headaches until they're only a minor irritation and possible to ignore. I have no idea how or if they will work on migraines.

The caveat here is that the exercises to accomplish specific purposes won't work unless you are regularly practicing qigong. A combination of regular qigong and tai chi chuan (taijiquan) practice is supposed to be quite beneficial.

The exercises in Qigong Empowerment help me with insomnia and headaches when I am consistently practicing. I do not know what other benefits I might have gained.

The Book of Nei Kung also has an exercise regimen, but it can be painful. The plus to those exercises, however, is that you become strong and limber, and after a few weeks you begin feeling great for the rest of the day.

Since God didn't give us a user's manual for ourselves, we have little idea of the vast potential he created within us.

2. There is No way to get rid of migraines permanently, sorry. There are many medications for them, prescription and OTC but a friend of mine has them and she takes an herbal pill called "Feverfew" and she rarely has migraines anymore. You might try "Feverfew" you take them everyday even if you don't have a headache. It helps prevent many of hers.
