Re-accuring headache at the back of my head?
For the past few days i have been having a re-accuring headache at the back of my head just on the left hand side. It throbs when i stand up and when i move my head from left to right. Any idea why this is? I did twist my neck just over a week ago which did hurt a lot, however i was fine the nexy day. Could this be whats causing the headaches?
Thanks in advance to all that answer
I have recently moved in to a much smaller office at work with dimmer lighting

1. Sounds more like a migraine to me, get yourself checked at the docs to be on the safe side
2. i got those lodes and mine are tension headaches
3. You may have misaligned one of your top Vertebrae. Maybe you should have it x-rayed at a Chiropractor and see if an adjustment is all you need. In the meantime, moist compresses using a wash cloth, soaking it with hot water, ring it out and lay it behind your neck where it hurts. Do this several times, because your neck muscles have probably tightened and the moist heat will release them some. After the moist heat, just massage the area and rub on some Aspercreme and you could also take a 800 Mg Ibuprofen. Wishing for you the very best young lady and good luck on solving the problem, and the headache go away.
4. Sounds like a migrane to me too.. do u have sensitivity to light? any visual disturbances? nausea vomiting?
u should see a doctor and ask abt prophylaxis for migrane if it is unbearable and making u miss work
Good luck
