1. lack of sex??

2. Do you drink alot of caffinated drinks? That could be why!

3. Stress or the way you sit (assuming you sit at a desk).

4. I had an elastic kind of headache, like you feel like you have a really tight elastic around your head. It really hurt everyday so I asked my doctor and he did a blood test. I was hypothyroid, it may have something to do with your thyroid.

5. Probably stress. Get a heat pack and put it on the back of your neck and try to relax. Lay down and take some deep breaths and try to clear your head. You should also probably go see a doctor to make sure it isn't something serious. BTW as for pain relievers... the more often you take something the less effective it will be. If your taking something for you headache try to switch to something different.

6. I saw my Dr about the same thing last week. I was fed up of constant headaches and begged him for stronger painkillers.
In the case where you are getting them everyday it's better to treat the cause rather than just use painkillers (as he told me)
See your Dr to get to find out the cause of the headaches.
I had high blood pressure and was given beta blockers, still get headaches although not as bad/often.

7. In the back of your head means that your neck is out of whack. Is your neck tight? Even if it doesn't feel like it, you should probably see a chiropractor because he/she can get your neck in place and the headaches will go away.

If you have a spouse, boyfriend/girlfriend or caring child who can do this, it really helps to have a neck massage.

I was in a car accident when I was 9, got chronic whiplash, and I experience the same thing you do.

8. It's a tension headache from the sound of it. Do you have a high stress job, home life, etc.?
Are you constantly worrying or tense?
Try relaxation techniques, stretching and possibly meds if it becomes too bad.
Most likely they can be controlled through relaxation.
Make sure you have correct posture and if you sit and look at a computer screen all day or have a job where you sit, make sure your workstation is set up correctly so you are not straining your neck, eyes and back.

9. Maybe it's the way you sleep. Try to make your bed more comfortable.
Alternate sleep position so that your spine alignment is straight. Get a softer pillow. Good luck!

10. You could have some issues with your posture or you spinal alignment. That can cause pain to radiate into your head. Headaches are really tricky. There are so many possible causes. Sinuses, undetected strep thoat, kidney infections, any other undetected infections. Check to see if you have a temp. If not, the try paying close attention to your posture and neck or back pain. Hope you feel better soon:)

11. It definitely sounds like stress. I would start exercising or doing yoga or at least going for walks, it is a good way to relieve stress.

If you can't help the headaches through stress management techniques, I'd see a doctor. It's not necessary to have headaches every day.

12. You are a saint, and that feeling is the Holy Spirit.

Think of artwork you have seen of the saints and their halos. Those halos are depictions of the Holy Spirits. They feel weighty, and make it feel as if your muscles are tense.
