headache pain around my eye spreading to the back of my head when i bend over, squat or run up stairs?

i went to my doctor and he said it was something to do with the blood supply pasing through my neck to my eyes, and in doing these things stated i stop the blood for a second.
the headaches are only for a short amount of time. he also said that there was not anything a can do but take it easy.
my blood presure is aok and im 6ft and weight 14st is that overweight?

1. It could be that you have high blood pressure. Did your doctor check your blood pressure and mention anything about it? Make sure you drink enough water during the day. It's none of my business but if you are overweight, losing a few pounds might help out as well. The more adipose (fat) tissue you have the harder your heart has to work to pump blood to all areas of your body.
