Why when i get a migrane type headache dose it feel like there is an icepick jabbed in the back of my head?
My whole boby is hot to the touch espicaly my face. However I feel chilled and coold all the time no matter how many blankets i use, then i am so hot that it feels like i am on fire. This last for about a week straight and then goes away for a while but the icepick headaches are constant. My lower back arond my kidneys hurts at the same time as the feavers. I also spit up bloody mucas when I have these fevers. I am a 23 year old male.

1. You can't be sure that it's a migraine. It could be a cluster headache, those are more common in men than women. They are very painful, knife-like as you say.Don't waste any time. See a doctor, who can prescribe you medicine that you need to be able to handle life.
