When I wake up, I have this headache on the back of my head that lasts for around 1 hour - what is the reason?
I had this pillow which I slept on and that gave me headaches so I changed pillows. I've tried 3-5 pillows but I still get the headache when I wake up. I'm confused at what is wrong...pillow? posture?

3. lol...you should really go check your head with the doctor... maybe something's wrong with your position...or maybe its the bed or pillow...
4. You may need to check the position in switch you are sleeping in and the type of fill that is in your pillow. You also may want to try to set the alarm clock for an earlier time to get up so that you have time to lay for an extra few minutes. People who get up in a rush tend to feel alittle funny because the blood rushes.
5. I get such headache when I sleep too much or sleep too little.
6. 9 times out of 10, headaches are nothing to worry about. But, it's that 1 out of 10 that can be a problem.
See a doctor and get fully checked out. You may want to have an MRI to make sure there is nothing going on in there.
7. Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck.
Headaches can be caused by minor problems
like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more serious reasons
like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can
have harmful side effects, so it is better to
modify your lifestyle. More information available at
8. Headaches in the back of the head are typically stress related. Your subconscious is trying to tell you something.
