Back of my head headache??

Ok, so I get these headaches sometimes like in the back of my head (not behind my ears where the sinus cavity is, I know what that pain is like, I get sinus infections in the winter... it's sorta above that area). It's not like a normal headache (trust me, I got those ALL the time too and I know what they feel like). But this is like pain in the actual back part of my head. It sometimes hurts when I'm looking downwards for awhile (like to look at a computer when I'm standing up). Could it be somethin about my spine? I've never had back problems (I'm only 20 yrs old)... Any help would be great. I've looked online and can't really find anything. I'm hoping someone knows what I'm talking about and can help! Thanks everyone!
P.S. I don't think it's tension headaches... it just happens totally randomly... not when I'm stressed or anything
