I have a lump in the big vain in the back of my neck and a really bad headache fels like by head is exploding?
it started about 3 days ago. I am in good health ,my colestrol was good and so was my bp. 2 months ago at my last check up. the lump dosent hurt unless i push on it and then I get dizzy. I have been taking tyneol for the past day and 1/2 but not working to well.

1. I heard rumor of this class of mythical beings called................DOCTORS. Go to one.2. It could be something serious and you should go to a doctor to get it checked. When dealing with circulation and the brain (especially when something causes dizziness which usually means not enough blood flow), its better to be safe than sorry.
