Headaches. Has anyone ever experienced a headache to where the back of your head/neck area is sore to touch?

I have a headache in the front of my forehead also.
I think it is stress too. It came on when I had to go to my family's house for thanksgiving.

Public Comments

1. I've had one, it hurts huh

2. yes i have had them before try getting some sleep or take a motrin! see your doctor if this continues

3. All the time but when it happens i put milk on it and it stops.

4. yes my docter tells me they are stress. I also go to the ciropractor for help.

5. Headaches at the front of your head, are often due to trauma at the neck sites due to that being where nerve endings are in the multitude. Headaches at the back are often migraine related even though they don't have the lights, flashes, patternation etc

Solpadeine would be the quickest analgesic in UK

6. Yes personally I find after a long period of tension that I have an ache in all the above mentioned places.
Unless you have a medication issue I take 2 paracetamol, 2 ibruprofen 200mg have a warm drink, sit down watching nothing..or go and lie down and listen to music

7. Head aches can be so many things...Too long on the computer...getting a cold...not enough sleep..stress...tension.
Take a pain killer, if it continues see if you have other symptoms like fever...Fever with a headache would be something more serious.
If you don't like meds. an ice cold wash cloth on the forehead.

8. you need to be ch eked, this problem going to lead to so minting different,ch eked out

9. Usually, the ache on the head/neck area is caused by long periods of nervous tension.
, like driving a long way on a super icy road where all of you attention is riveted to the road.

10. There is no medicine for H/A OR MIGRAINE. Not only these but for RA, OA, Back ache and almost all painful diseases. Hence they become chronic.

Acidity, WORRY, sadness, excessive wind, cold , heat, sour food and sinusitis, constipation, intestinal inflammation; drug side effects, stress, bad smell, TV & COMPUTER SOMETIMES,
Blockage in the flow of Vital Energy, BODY CONSTITUTION etc are their causes. None of them can be treated with medicine. Our 100% success in treating migraine &H/A confirms it.

Acupuncture is the best treatment.
I can treat it with naturopathy and YOG, but how can you manage pl see.

Pain killers don't treat the pain but we loose the sense of pain for some time; in that duration our body itself treats sometime and credit goes to meds.
The useless drugs have tremendous power of side effects like liver/kidney failures, ulcer, inflammation of intestines and lot more.

Avoid late sleeping if possible; worry, spicy foods, sour fruits, stale bakery foods, SMOKING and alcohole.
Sweet foods, COCOANUT WATER,sweet fruits, milk, rice, SPROUTS, SALADS and good sleep will help if cough is not there.

But you try one herbal remedy- two drops of drumstick leaves' juice in opposite nostril if one side pains and both nostrils if full H/A will give you rescue. Betel leaf helps but it is very strong.

If it is acute pl search a painful point 3-6 mm behind your thumb nail and press it, H/A will disappear within 30 seconds.

For forehead pain the points are in front of nails on the finger tips or 3-7 mm below.

It may disappear naturally too.
