I keep getting a serious headache at the back of my head?

every now and again, i get a really bad headache that starts from the top of the back of my neck and gos upwards to my head, it feels like blood is pusing when it haoooens, can someone please help? is i serious?

2. The same thing happens to me, but a lot more often probably. I get them a few times a week. sometimes they get so bad that I can't even open my eyes because I get so sensitive to light. It could be hereditary, it could be nothing, and it could be serious depending on the cause. I've been to the doctors a few different times, and I don't think they have any idea what they are talking about because they think it is something I am eating and say they'll just go away if I keep taking medicine at the slightest sign of one. I'm a freshman now, and my headaches have been going on since like 4th grade, but they didn't start being migraines until a couple years ago. Other causes besides food, could be tumors, spine issues, or something, but if you only get them now and again, I don't think that is what it is. I have a headache now, it is starting to go away, so it barely hurts and it's the like 5th one since a bit over a week ago. Usually I don't get quite that many though.
