Help with diagnosis? No fever but other symptoms similar to the flu?
Symptoms:
-Intense headache that fades in intensity at times
-Extreme nausea at times, faint at others
-Unlocalized abdominal pain
- Weakness
-Fatigue
-Inability to concentrate/focus
-Some joint pain (specifically knees, they keep cracking)
- Puffy, itchy face
NO FEVER
can anyone help?
