What foods are good for curing a headache?

I have had this headache all day! Yes, I took medicine but that is not kicking in. I would like to know what foods or any other home remedies would help. Thank you!

1. tanke an Alleve and go to bed..when you wake up your headache will be gone.

2. Caffeine helps migranes. Try coffee, chocolate, or soda. Midol or other kinds of medicine like that usually help too, because they have ibephrophen and caffeine in them.

3. Caffiene has been found to be beneficial in the relief of headaches. Also, you may not be drinking enough water, which is quite common in the winter months. Stay away from sharp cheeses, shellfish, and chocolate. This too may help. If it is a migraine, I found that by running my hands under very, very warm water I was able to relieve it some. Sometimes a hot shower will help.
People who are deficient in Pantothenic Acid will sometimes get a headache around the same time every day.
If the headache continues for more than a couple of days, seek medical help.
Good luck to you.

4. Have lots of water

5. its not a food
but your boyfriend could rub it

6. Actually water helps a lot, I know because I suffer from migraines from my accident and I tried medicine, food, and all those things but water made the biggest difference...for me anyways.

7. chocolate

8. water, caffeine, 3 extra strength Tylenol

9. Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information
