1. I am concerned you may have Lupus. Please get an ANA (anti-nuclear antibody) test done when you go for bloodwork, and a Sed rate.
2. I have fibro also, but I've improved significantly over the past few years. You need to find a doctor who listens to your symptoms and not just test results. You may have hypothyroidism (borderline) that doesn't show on tests. Wait until these test results come back. If nothing shows positive, go find a new doctor and keep looking until you find one who is sensitive. These symptoms could be from irritable bowel/bladder or some type of infection. You need to keep pushing for your health to improve.
I wish you the best.
3. Most of the symptoms you've described aren't related to fibromyalgia, except the migraines, lethargy, arthritis and hip pain.
4. I also have fibro, but what you are describing sounds like it could be Lupus. Have you been checked for it yet? They have a lot of the same symptoms. Some of your symptoms don't sound so much like fibro but like Lupus. You definitely need to be checked for Lupus. There are special tests to check for it, unlike fibro where it is basically the diagnosis given after they have ruled everything else out.
5. Well sounds like you have lots of different things going on. I have and found my IBS type symptoms were actually from gluten intolerance. I gave up eating wheat and those symptoms went away. I had alternating constipation and diarrhea, bloating and GERD. Before I found out about the gluten problem I thought I was lactose intolerant but it was actually caused by the gluten problem . I now have no problems with dairy foods.
That's the problems with fibromyalgia, we have so many other secondary conditions that we cant figure out which symptom comes from which problem.
I have to ask do you have or have you been diagnosed with allergies? I ask because lots of people with fibromyalgia have multiple allergies. Undiagnosed allergies can contribute to muscle pain.
