What does it mean to have positive ANA?

I went and saw my Dr who sent me to a Rheumatologist and she did a lupus panel and said it was normal. My symptoms are overall pain, severe fatigue,low B12, and muscle and joint pain. I asked about fibromyalgia and the Dr said it could be but wasn't sure and I don't see her again for a while.
