1. wow you have problems

2. get heating pads to put on the spots that hurt, prolly hep soothe the pain

3. When I can't sleep, I make a cup of hot tea with camomile (spelling) and drink while it's hot, but not too hot that you are burning yourself. and go and lay down right away. This helps me

4. I have the same problem ---- and I know my answer will sound idiotic to most people ---- but the true solution is eating more fat (real fat), staying AWAY from Vegetable Oil and anything like FAKE butter --------- eat more protein -----

It starts right when you get up in the morning. Fry up some eggs and bacon. Instead of using cooking oils, use either real butter or use coconut oil. Then for Lunch, eat as much fat as you can possible consume from red meat. SO that means you can either eat hamburger or steak. MMMM Eat the same thing for supper. Try this for a week and tell me what you think.

Why this works. First of all, some Amino Acids (what protein is converted into) are natural pain killers -- Also fat relaxes you and helps regulate sleep. There's so much more to it but I'll leave you a link that explains more. Good Luck.
