What if you have pain in your elbows, knees, and shoulders constantly what does it indicate?

I am young, so this shouldn't be arthritis... any ideas?
I am not looking for diagnosis, just an idea so I know what to do next.

1. It actually could be arthritis. I would talk to a doctor because even though you are young it could still be it or other joint problems.

2. Arthritis can occur at any age really. But that can be determined with a blood test. Try heat and see if that helps. Also something like ibuprofen can help too.

3. Well, first of all, arthritis does not discriminate---you can have it at any age, but it sounds like Fibromyalgia to me.
