Injured Knee Skimboarding - Need Diagnosis?

About a month ago I was skim-boarding at the beach and flew off my skim-board and landed on my right knee. At first I could barely walk but after a couple of minutes I was able to get around on it.

The next day I woke up with my knee in terrible pain when I tried to walk or bend. This pain has since subsided a little bit but there are still times when my knee acts like it is going to give out all together. I feel as though the healing has plateaued, so I wanted to share some of my symptoms and see if anyone knows what kind/type of knee injury this could be.

1. There was never any surface pain or bruising, all pain seemed to be coming from inside the knee.

2. Extreme pain when:
a) try to cross my right leg when sitting
b) squat down
c) climb stairs
d) turn my right foot clockwise

3. There is also an aching pain in the mornings and after long car trips.

I would really appreciate any knowledge or advice from someone who recognizes these symptoms.
