what could be the most likely diagnosis for these symptoms: mild pain in the groin, knee and elbow joints?

1. I'm sorry but your question is way to vague to give an answer. You need to give more details like you age, sex, family history, how long this has been going on, any fever, feeling bad, fatigue, insect bites like fleas or ticks, what part of the country your in and any other symptoms going on at the same time or weeks prior to this condition. First off, it sounds like an inflammatory process of some kind is going on. Are lymph nodes in your groin enlarged? Are your knees and elbows reddened and feverish? Your most likely going to need to see a doctor and have some lab test run to rule out some things. Resubmit your questions with more details and good luck.
2. My diagnosis and recommendation would be to see a board certified Rheumatologist, or possibly a Neurologist. Your question is way to vague and simplistic!
3. Have you done any hard laborious work or exercise lately? You could have strained your joints and pulled a muscle in your groin.
4. Mike there's too many thing that could be wrong there's something call fibromyalgia but you need to actually go to your family Dr. and check that out
