Pregnancy with headache & abdomen pain?

My Last period was on March 2nd, and I had spotting for5 days from March 19 , April 8 I taken a pregnancy test from Hospital it was negative, after one week again it came negative, on April 23rd it came faintly positive, same day they taken a scan but nothing appeared. On april 30th Again Scanning , doctor told me Early Pregnancy , No Fetal pole.I have a scanning after 2 weeks. But I have too much headache from top of my head, And frequently pain from my Vagina , Why I feel the pain , is it normal ?Please anybody give me an answer ..

1. i dont think pain in the vagina is normal for a pregnacy unless its streching pains ,which come about 7 weeks along,ummm maybe you have an ovarian cyst or vagina cyst ,...research and find out and dont worry im not a doctor and not saying you have one,,,just some thought of pains there ,....hope you find a cure for the pain

2. I can say from personal experience that headache is normal. My doc said the hormones created by the body during pregnancy can cause them. As for the pain in your vagina...I'm sorry I don't know. You really should ask your doctor. It sounds like you are seeing a lot of him/her.
