Lack of appitite and headaches during pregnancy?
I'm on my second pregnancy and of course, it is different than the first. I have to force myself to eat since I don't seem to have much of an appetite (except for maybe popcicles and chewing gum) and I have horrible headaches about every third day (I'm sure they partly are because I work in a daycare). I'm in my third month. Does anyone have any suggestions?

1. try to take frequent breaks while working at the day care also try eating healthier foods and dont eat three big meals a day. you should have small frequent meals.
2. I had horrible headaches too. I had to experiment with different types of food to find out what worked for me. I drank tea, had spinach and banger soup (wonderful by the way), applesauce and some other things. I ate small meals throughout the day to keep my headaches away.
3. I'm in my first pregnancy. I was having troube with my appetite.. but that sure went away in the 5th month; it seems like I'm hungry all the time now, but I get full fast.
My siggestion is just to eat your meals, take your vitamens and drink all your water, even if you have to force your self.
For headaches, I take 1 extra strength tylenol.
4. drink more water!! i was getting headaches like that!! It was not enough water!! You can take Tylenol!!! Well Good Luck
5. Maybe your headaches are from not eating like you normally do. I would maybe talk to your doc and see if there's anything you can take for your headaches, about the lost appetite..I'm not sure, you could try keeping your fav foods around, even if your just eating a few things, it's better than nothing and it shouldnt effect you too much nutritionally if your taking a prenatal vitamin. Well good luck hun and we all hope you feel better.
6. I had the same thing along with severe morning sickness! Usually the 2nd trimester is always the best! You have to keep forcing yourself to eat and you are allowed to take tylenol for the headache, but ONLY tylenol nothing else. I suggest you bring it up with your doctor at your next appointment. Good luck!
7. Probably you need to rest and you haven't been eating good and healthy foods. You might need some vitamins. call you doctor and good luck!!!
8. For the headaches, I'd suggest drinking a lot of water. Otherwise, just try to eat what you can - and when you can eat, try to make it healthy! Your body will let you know what it needs and when. Good luck! I hope you feel better soon.
9. Ginger and Chamomile tea will help nausea but you need to force yourself to eat because the baby needs food. I get small headaches too and was worried. Drink more water and relax whenever possible.
10. Have you recently decreased or stopped drinking caffiene during those days? If so that can explain the headaches. Have you been drinking plenty of water? Dehydration can also cause headaches and general muscle aches. The lack of appetite I found normal in my first and second pregnancy and I had to force myself to eat as well. Make sure you take time to get off your feet and eat a snack during your (what sounds like) a very busy day.
