I am 5th months pregnancy and have a headache lasting all night and vomiting and nausea. Why?

I didn't really get bad morning sickness and only vomitted once during that first trimester, now that I am 5 months pregnant I had a headache that last me all night until morning and vomiting. Could it be what I ate or something else? (I ate mashed potatoes and ground beef and a lettuce and tomatoe salad.) I didn't have any tylenol but will have to pick some up today. I'm on my 2nd day now feeling this way. Should I worry? What could it be? Should I tell my doctor?

1. I would still talk to your doctor but I had the same thing when I was pregnant. I was told that it was just a surge of hormones.

2. You should consult with your MD right away. You can be/ get dehydrated or develop high blood pressure.

3. check with your doctor, but sounds like a tummy bug

4. when i was pregnant both times, for some reason the babies liked to get comfy ot the nerves in my backside. the pressure caused headaches sometimes... the last pregancy with my now 2 yr old, she sat on that nerve to the point i could not walk straight.. it runs down the entire left /right side from the neck, to the leg. thru the butt... yoga stretches for the back was the only thing i could do to relieav some pressure.. but check with doc first. you could also devlop serious pregancy issues mid-pregnancy that you never thought possible,ie gestational diabetes... go to doc, play it safe...
