Why do I experience extreme lower back pain the day before and during my period?

I have a very low pain tolerence.

5. Yep..this is another crappy symptom of THE RAG! Everything swells up in there...thats why your back is sore. It's completly normal so dont worry. And heating pads and advil definantly help! Sorry to hear about the pain. It sux being a woman sometimes.

Take over the counter pain meds. Use heating pads. Take a nice, warm bath. If you have a boyfriend, get him to rub your back. Make him commiserate with you :)

7. By taking simple precautions, you can prevent recurrence of back pain.Exercises like walking which do not put much strain on the back help reduce the pain.
