1. This may seem random, but if you still have your wisdom teeth and they are compacted, that will surely give you a headache, esp if you clench your teeth while you sleep.
2. Are u getting enough sleep? or maybe you keep waking up during the nite and don't get full 8 hrs sleep..
3. Did you start getting these headaches after you bought your new bed? Are you eating well? Drinking lots of water? Maybe they are migranes? Maybe you are getting up too fast?! Try getting out of bed alittle slower, see what hapens, if not go see your doctor, see if he can recomend something.
4. First and foremost problem is that u have a head.Better check with a Dr , or u may see ur nearest optician

5. Waking with headaches can indicate a number of things including poor quality sleep, clenching your teeth in your sleep, glucose levels dropping during the night, and other things. If you're taking OTC or prescription medications for these headaches, and you take them more than 2 or 3 days a week, they can make matters worse by causing headaches called medication overuse or rebound headaches. Best to be checked out by your doctor to make sure it's nothing serious.
6. it could be that you are grinding or clenching your teeth while you sleep and dream, the jaw muscles are known headache makers. if thats the case your dentist would fit you with a mouthguard. Otherwise, it could be you are not getting enough sleep, are dehydrated, are sleeping poorly (if you snore you don't get enough oxygen sometimes), or possibly it's caffeine related.
7. Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck.
Headaches can be caused by minor problems
like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more serious reasons
like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can
have harmful side effects, so it is better to
modify your lifestyle. More information available at
