What causes a headache if you don't wear your glasses?

I have glasses that are -2.75 and -2.25. Why do I get a headache when I don't wear them?

It's fine when I wear them!

1. It's called a Tension Headache.
Across the forehead. Due to more pressure on the eyes to focus.

2. I believe they call that eye strain, lov. Your eyes have to work so hard to focus that it hurts

3. Yeah, your eyes are having to strain. so id juts wear glasses or contacts

4. Because when you don't wear your glasses your eyes are having to put more effort into seeing things, thus tension headache. I get them too, just wear your glasses!
