how do you stop your headache without resting,sleeping and also tell me what causes headache?
if your really forced to tell me that I need to sleep its useless cause after I sleep I still feel the headache

1. Sometimes I get a headache if I don't drink enough water. Maybe try drinking some water and see if that works.2. take some ibuprofen. restricted blood vessels cause headaches
3. Stretch your left hand, palm down, with your other hand, the thumb and index finger make pressure in the arch that is at the middle of your left thumb and left index finger.
You are going to feel like nerve, kind of hard, press it there to the point that causes you some pain, do it three times.
It is said that the nerve that is there sends a message of pain to your brain and the headache goes away.
It has worked for me.
4. I would try an ensaid first.try 2 ibuprofin their cheap.I would try eating some salsa,the pepper dissolves and lostens up snot which can cause pressure.the salsa doesn't have to be hot but the hotter the better.lots of water you will be a new man
