1. Hi, take some Benadryl if you have it.

Or use a warm cloth compress, and blow your nose after in a tissue. Heat won't work on a migraine, and you said sinus. Some mucus needs to be loosened up, and pressure taken off/out.

2. Take Aleve. It kind of works as an anti-inflammatory and is the only thing that helps with my sinus head aches. Or if you are also having sinus issues take day quil.

3. Sinus headaches are terrible! For a quick fix with out taking pain meds, try and take a really hot shower, the steam will help clear some of the congestion out. One of my favorite things I use and sware by is my Netty Pot. This always works for me.

4. Well, they make medicines for sinus problems. I would recommend something non-drowsy if you're going to be studying a while. If you don't want to take any drugs for it, then make yourself a pot of coffee.
It will keep you awake and the steam heat from the coffee will help open your sinuses. I would also recommend closing the bathroom door and taking a good hot shower. You want to close the door so the bathroom can get steamed up, and the heat will help your headache.
Good luck!
