is it possible for you to have a migraine and a sinus headache?

My Head has been hurting for about 4 days now and when i get mirgraines at the most about 1day but this pain had the same pain as my migrains (on one side of my head throbing) and i also have Pressure on my face and behind my eyes like a sinus infection what do you thingk it could be one or the other or even Bolth ?

1. Sounds like your sinus's are triggering a bad headache or your migraine is making the other situation worse.

Have you had a cold? I would call your doctor. Headache lasting for more then the usual day or two isn't good.

It will ease your mind too and if it is your sinus's you will be given medicine to get you feeling better.

2. I am not a doctor, but I do suffer from both the headaches you decribe. It is a sinus headache. Mine is relieved by over-the-counter antihistimines not pain medication like aspirin, Tylenol, or Advil. If you've been taking pain medication for 4 days you may also be experiencing rebound headaches which will just have to wear off. Drink LOTS of water and take your favorite antihistimine.

3. If you have cough disorder treat it with naturopathy, probably both problems may disappear. There is no med for it hence don't think about it.
Acupuncture is a good treatment for migraine; otherwise you will have to take pain killers for years together or life long.
