Best way to get rid of a sinus headache?
Okay I've been having really bad sinus headaches since 2006 and I went to have a CT scan the other day to see if it was sinuses and it was. So...I have an appointment in the net few days but these headaches are killing me! What is a remedy I could try?

1. Stand in the shower, and let the water hit you in the face. The hotter the water, the better. then lay down, and have someone rub your face around your sinus areas. Under your eyes, around, and down the sides of your nose, cheek bones, and have them apply a little pressure, when they do it. If nobody is available, you can do it yourself. It just wont be as effective.
