1. Tylenol works well for me. For sinuses Tylenol Sinus and Cold (PM at night). I think they have extra strength also.
Hope you feel better :)
2. aleive cold and sinus rocks
but dont take it b4 bed .. it makes me really jittery and awake
3. Here is a link to a home remedy site that can help. But if you take a pot of boiling water and put your face above it with a towel over your head and breath in the steam through your nose it will provide temp. relief.

4. If it's lasted 3 days, you might have a sinus infection, not just a headache! I get a sinus infection 2x a year! Try the Tylenol Cold and Sinus to see if that helps! If it doesn't in about 2days, go see your doctor! You'll need a perscription for antibiotic! Things like Tylenol Cold and Sinus, or the generic version, won't help if it's a sinus infection.
I'd also advise, from my personal experience, to get as much sleep as possible, run a fan to keep you cool, and eat lightly (toast, fruit, soup w/ crackers), and avoid too much caffiene. Of course if you're used to a lot of caffiene, then 2 cups of coffee won't hurt.
Good luck!
5. HMM...I'm not sure what you can buy, I tend to stick with home remedies. I learned a really good one in nursing school that helped my sinus headache go away a couple weeks ago. You should try it hopefully it will help you too!
Dip a small towel in cold water, rinse, and apply to forehead. Once the towel gets warm, flip it to the other side, or dip it into cold water again.
Lying down, in a dark room, maybe getting a 1/2 hour of sleep, will always make you feel better.
