1. take like a clarinex or something.
I put an ice pack to my head the other day and that relieved the pain.
Also, to clear my sinuses I had some hot sauce, since it's spicy it like cleared me up and stuff. It really worked.
2. How to Care for a Sinus Headache
A sinus headache is a symptom of inflamed, congested sinuses. To get rid of your headache, you must reduce the inflammation in your sinuses. Learning the cause will make it easier to treat.
Step1Take acetaminophen, aspirin (if older than 18) or ibuprofen for pain relief.
Step2Apply warm compresses to the site of your pain four times a day.
Step3Call your doctor if the drainage from your nose is discolored. Clear or slightly white mucus is acceptable. Yellow, rust-colored or green drainage indicates a serious infection and is cause for concern.
Step4Use extra pillows to elevate your head, which will allow your sinuses to drain.
Step5Try using a nasal spray or a decongestant. Depending on the cause of your sinusitis, over-the-counter decongestants may offer some relief. Do not use nasal sprays for more than a few days because they can become addictive. If sinusitis persists, see a doctor.
Step6Avoid allergens if you suspect your sinusitis is allergy-related.
Step7Keep your distance from people with colds and flu. Your body is already compromised and fighting off an inflammatory process.
Step8Eat properly to help increase your body's resistance to disease.
Step9Get plenty of rest. Catnaps can do a lot to lessen the severity of a sinus headache. Stress and fatigue may aggravate it.
Step10Try increasing the humidity in your room. Use a humidifier, or take a hot bath or shower. Boil a pot of water, take it off the stove, drape a towel over your head and the pot, and inhale the steam for 10 minutes, four times a day. Keep your face at least 18 inches away from the pot to avoid burning yourself.
Step11Increase your fluid intake. This encourages your sinuses to drain by hydrating your body. Hot (non-caffeinated) tea is especially good because the steam loosens congestion in your sinuses.

Also some of this may help?
1. Feel the top ridge of your eye socket under the eyebrow. You will discover a small groove in your skull about the center of the top of the eye socket. In this groove is a nerve which is very sensitive to pressure. If you compress this nerve, it will be very painful. However, the pain will stimulate the pituitary to release endorphins immediately. The endorphins are the body's own natural painkillers and are more powerful than morphine. To stimulate the nerve, push hard against it for about 10 seconds.
2. A similar method for releasing endorphins is to take a couple teaspoons of cayenne pepper in a glass of water. This is not harmful. When the cayenne hits the stomach lining, endorphins will be released by the brain to stop the pain.
3. Put a cold rag on your neck or forehead. Many headaches are caused by tense neck muscles. Conversely, use a moist hot pack to loosen up tense muscles - see which works best for you.
4. Massage the ears and ear lobes as well as the neck. If you can, find two tennis balls or raquette balls and put them in a sock. Lay on a flat surface and place the two balls just below the base of your skull on the occipital and relax. You may feel sinus pressure or minimal discomfort at first but it will go away. Lay in this position with the still point on the occipital for as long as needed. This is especially helpful for sinus headaches.
5. Similar in concept to the endorphin release - nerve stimulation through acupressure can offer some relief of symptoms. Search for "Do-in" or "acupressure" on the web.
6. *Reflexology - With one hand, massage the area between the thumb and forefinger on the other hand and hold. Use only as much pressure as you can tolerate and be sure to breath deeply and relax-this spot will probably be painful. Hold it until the pain level reduces significantly and repeat with more pressure. Do this on both hands and repeat as needed.
And so you dont hurt yourself here :) Warnings
* Overdosing with Tylenol is highly toxic to the liver. No more than 2 in a four hour period! Taking Tylenol with alcohol greatly increases the danger to the liver.
* Behind the sternocleidomastoid is the carotid artery and vagus nerve. Pinching these off can cause faintness or even brain damage by disturbing blood flow to the brain. If you feel faint, dizzy, or nauseated while working on that muscle, stop immediately and lie down for several minutes.
4. Steam helps relieve sinus pressure and will help the headache go away...try taking hot showers or boil water to create steam...
Here are some other really good natural treatments to relieve headache pain and to prevent headaches...
