How do i get rid of this horrible sinus headache?

I have had a sinus headache for 3 days strait now and it is terribly painful. It is on my forehead mostly to the left and behind my eye. And when i lay down with my head flat or bend over then it gets much worse and throbs.

Please help me get rid of it:)

and take some tyl. and take a nap and stay somewhere quiet and where u can rest it will help
