What is a good home remedy for a pulsating sinus headache ?

I took some Sudafed for sinus headache and a few hours later I still have the sinus headache.

1. Grab a bunch of bayleaves from a tree and boil them in a bot, Breathe in the fumes they will have a strong odor.

you can also buy some at a large super market if you dont got any bayleaf trees handy.

but its best to take some sudafed.

2. Take a washcloth, soak it in water, throw in microwave for 60 seconds, drape over face and breathe in the moist heat through your nose. Repeat as necessary. See your chiropractor, they can help preven the next one from occurring.

3. if you've tried everything
get a netti pot, some people swear by them, and go off all their meds.
I've tried it and it works might take a few tries if you are really bad
just ask for one at drug store

4. DO some steam inhalation.

To answer your problem, I may have to ask you certain question which will be related to your symptoms only.
Our science allows asking questions to arrive at the cause of symptoms, which can eliminate the symptoms for a long time to come. You may choose not to answer, but that may prevent me from diagnosing the problem.

1. To avoid this pain, you need to alter the way you eat & drink. Stop drinking water with food. This will automatically help in increasing the digestive power in your stomach, improve the quality of your digestive enzymes & provide proper nutrition to the body. you can drink water 1/2 an hour after you have consumed your food.

2. Sinus headaches usually occur because of the accumulation of mucus in the sinus cavities, under the cheeks, i nside the forehead, & also in the stomach & intestines. When yuo drink water with food, the enzymes that are present in the stomach get diluted & loose their effenciency to break down food. They then start travelling towards the intestines as a natural route.

the intestines, as a defence mechanism, produce more mucus than there is to protect heir walls from erosion from the acid inflow. this extra mucus naturally starts travelling up to the lungs & Sinus pockets & troubles you.

Boil 1 tsp of Licorice powder in 100 ml of water. Take the kettle off the stove. Pour 10 drops of clarified butter into it. Sip it slowly. you will have to take a few sips, once every 10 minutes, 6 times in a row. Do this for 3 days & watch your Sinus disappear. It is good to consume it especially after food.

Also, you can boil 2 tsps. of Fenugreek seeds in water. Add 2 pinches of Turmeric powder & inhale the fumes when the water starts to boil. Do not go too close to the kettle or you may burn your nose or your cheeks. Do this for 2 days.

There are certain other necessary precautions you may adopt to keep yourself from further Sinus attacks. they are;

2. Try to avoid eating & working at the same time. Also, while eating, do not talk or watch TV. Try to concentrate on your food, chew properly.
3. Try to sit down for 10 minutes after food. Let the digestive process begin.
4. Try to avoid eating late or sleeping late at night. Give a 2 hour gap between the last intake of food & sleep.
5. have a warm shower at least 45 minutes before you retire to bed.
