I saw a back pain relief product on an infomercial, but I forgot what it was called...?
It looks like an egg cut in half vertically. You put it in the floor and lie down on it. If anyone knows what it is called and where I can get one, would you let me know please? Thanks!

If you sleep mostly on your back, you could try sticking a pillow under the lower part of your back right above your butt, would give the same kind of help.
(sleep on side - put pillow between knees, sleep on stomach, put pillow under upper legs/crotch [the worst way you can sleep, unfortunately this is how I most often sleep]).
