What is the safest over the counter medicine for long term pain relief? Back pain?

1. Try Bayer Back & Body, my brother swears by it he's a plumber and he also likes to bowl, he takes it. So if it can help him it may be worth a shot.2. There arean't any really good long-term over the counter treatments. It's a better idea to go to your doctor who'll prescribe something safe for you to take a lot, and it'll probably be stronger too!

If you have long term back pain you really need to be under the care of your Doctor who will prescribe you pain releif.
You really shoud not take tablets you buy over the counter for long periods of time without consulting with your doctor.
