How do i get rid of knee pain?
I went to the hospital for it and the doctor is saying ita bad sprian for now. The pain is my knee the back and side of my calf and my ankle. They gave me an ace bandage and told me give ie a week or two ro see if it goes away and now it seems to hurt!

1. How long ago did you sprain it? Perhaps you should be on crutches in addtition to having it wrapped in an ace bandage. If it happened within the past few days and hurts quite a bit, I'd use crutches for a week or so, then see how it is. If no better I'd go back to the dr. If he doesn't give you satisfaction, go to a different doctor. You are the consumer of health care and you are the doctors' bread and butter so you can switch to one who is more thorough in diagnosing and treating your problem.
