Can I do exercises during having pain in my lower back? what type of exercises is recommended?

1. u shouldn't do any kind of exercises during low back ache. after pain or after u r able to manage the pain by treatment u can do some exercises to strengthen the back muscles.

the best exercise is to lie down on ur back bend ur knees & try to touch it to ur chest while doing this u shouldn't feel any pain if u have pain stop doing it & consult a doc

the pain can be managed at home by massage over the affected area after this u should do hot water fermentation

if u still feel the pain then u should go to orthopedician

2. First of all, do you know why you are having back pain? You may want to see your doctor or chiropractor.

As for exercise, try water aerobics. It's safe for anybody to do. Or if that's not your style, try yoga.
