Why do some people have knee pain when they exercise ?
and what can you do to minimize the knee pain ?
Its like a sensitive knee pain right on the kneecap ?

1. well why , does some people wear knees pads because maybe they got pain knees by walkin too much or even hadnt got any work out and cause them having pains .. my dad wear one too when he go out side doing some exerise. cause he told me that his knee was hurting alot often cause he didnt even walk much before.
2. Because the types of exercises you are doing is putting stress on your knees.
3. Knee pain is the result of improper exercise form or foot placement. To minimize the pain use proper exercise form, foot placement, or wrap up the knees with knee wraps.
4. Unfortunately, there are lots of possibilities. Some are easy to fix, like getting new shoes. If your knees have dealt with a lot of impact throughout your life, the tibia (shin bone) ends up rubbing directly against the knee-cap (patella) and then there's not much you can do except strengthen the muscles that support the knees. Any sharp pain should be diagnosed by a professional.
