What exercise can do you with bad back pain?
I am really trying to loose some weight but i have alot of back pain. what exercise can i do with backpain?

3. I was also going to suggest swimming perhaps you could speak with a fitness advisor at a gym who could help you decide whats best
4. Doing any form of mild exercise where you can keep the whole back on the exercise surface, without moving it into the air or sideways.

7. Swimming & walking are pretty good but you ccould also give pilates a go for strengethening and toning. you can adjust the level of the exercise to suit your back. It's really good. Try it.
8. I've recently had a spinal operation, and was advised by my surgeon to start pilates as this helps with stretching and toning. I also use a mecanical stepper to strengthen my legs as I also had weakness in one of my legs. Also try and hold your tummy in as much as you can while walking and excercising, because this helps support your back. Hope this helps
