I don't really know how it happened but yesterday I started getting a pain in the side of my knee during stair climbing exercise. I ended up using the tread climber instead which I really like. I really do not want to miss my work outs the pain is not that bad it only hurts when I get up or run.
Once again it is not that bad just when I stand up from sitting or if I run or step up high.
What do you think?
