How much Excedrin Migraine does it take to severely damage your stomach? I've heard lots of stories about Excedrin Migraine killing your stomach and giving you ulcers. Does anyone know how much it takes to actually do any of these things? I just want to know how much i would have to take and how often to damage my stomach

Everyday before heading off to school, I take two Excedrin Migraine, due to the fact I used to get headaches almost every day. I had this checked out by the doctor, and they have done tests, MRI's, etc.. They have found nothing to cause the headaches except allergies(which I'm sure is it, because I have other symptoms).. Would bloating be a side effect of Excedrin Migraine? I take 2 Excedrin Headache Formula tablets daily, because I get a headache daily. They contain aspirine, caffeine, and acetaminophen. is excedrin migraine safe to take everyday? i get migraines 4-5 times a week. i'm on medication for them (proprananol, its a beta blocker, i take it daily) which usually keeps them away for the most part, but when i do get a migraine i also have to Relpax, a medication that i take only on days i get a migraine. Relpax is very expensive for me, about $20 for 6 pills. Lately i have been getting migraines more often and i dont take my relpax everytime because its so expensive and i only get 6 pills until my next refill. i have found that Excedrin Migraine gets rid of my less severe migraines, but since i am getting them almost everyday i have been taking the excedrin everytime i get one. is excedrin safe to take almost daily?
Excedrin Migraine has Tylenol/Aspirin/65 mg Caffiene. I have Tylenol/Aspirin what soda has 130mg of caffiene? in it or somewhere close to that? I could drink two of them. Hate Coffee and Tea. Migraines - too much excedrin migraine? I've suffered from frequent, bad migraines all my life. I've found that I have many, many triggers for my migraines. One of them is strenuous activity. I play soccer and started to get migraines about an hour after every game. Well, I started taking 1 excedrin migraine about 1/2 hour before games and stopped getting the headaches. I watch what I eat pretty religiously and take one EM before I get into strenuous activities and have been able to somewhat control the migraines to only a few per year. But.... out of fear of getting them cause they are so bad (aura, severe pain, nausea) I started taking one everytime I start feeling "weird" (migraine sufferers know what I mean..). Now, again out of fear, I take one pill every day and I feel confident that I'm not going to get a migraine. Like I said, only 2-3 migraines per year. Is this likely hurting me in the end? I'm under the 2 in 24 hrs warning on the bottle but am I hurting other things while doing this? Thanks in advance. BTW - I'm 35 and been doing this for about 6 months.
Excedrin migraine question? So I have a really bad headache (I woke up with it) I took 2 Excedrin migraine at 7am, and headed to class feeling ok. Now Im back from class and the headache is back full force. I want to take 2 more Excedrin and maybe 1 or 2 Midol pills because I have to be at work by 4. I was just wondering if that's to many pills. Because the Excedrin bottle says to take no more than 2 in 24 hours...but I don't want to go to work with this horrible headache. :(
Should I stop using Excedrin Migraine? I sometimes get headaches, and rarely get migraines but I am just a wimp when it comes to a bad headache so I take Excedrin Migraine to relieve them. I would say I never take more than one or two at a time and never more than once in a day. I get a headache maybe 0-2 times per week depending on how chaotic my life is that week lol. I like how fast Excedrin relieves my headaches and nothing else I've tried works as fast. I esp. love it when I need to get rid of it quickly to work on school work, or just get on with the rest of my day, headache's are my weakness and I do not like taking medication for anything, Excedrin is my exception, and if I have a nasty cold I prefer taking Vick's cold medicine. anyway, since Excedrin Migraine contains a fair amount of caffeine and since I do not get any worse than a bad headache, which most my headaches are just mild. Should I just cut down to one tablet per dose or should I cut myself off from this potentially addictive pill? thanks ahead for any advice! I might add that I have pretty much cut myself off form and caffeinated beverages, so my caffeine intake is considerably less than most people, so I figure the caffeine in Excedrin wouldn't do much harm since I only use it 0-2 times per week max. I know caffeine withdrawal can cause headaches my boyfriend is a prime example... if he goes without mountain dew for a few days he get headaches then goes for my Excedrin lol.
Excedrin Migraine Before Surgery? I had a severe migraine earlier. So bad that I couldnt get out of bed. Well beside my bed was a bottle of Excedrin migraine so I took 2 without thinking about it. Just a little bit ago I realized that maybe I shouldnt have taken them since Im having surgery tomorrow. (laparoscopic for pelvic pain) I believe I took them @ around 4:30pm and Surgery is at 9am. They do have aspirin in it. I dont plan on telling the Dr because I dont want to have to reschedule the surgery because I have been suffering long enough from pelvic pains. What are my risks? I know that I could bleed but could it really be all that bad? Would the Dr be able to tell it was because I took medicine with aspirin in it or would he just believe I have a blood disorder? I dont want my Dr to be mad at me but I need this surgery

I took 2 Excedrin Migraine pills (I take them all the time) in one big gulp with a full glass of water, but as soon as I swalled the second gulp I felt this terrible pain like right where the bottom of my ribs end. I think the pills are stuck. Now it hurts to drink anything. I thought I would feel better if I burped but it just makes it hurt! Should I just wait for the pills to disintegrate? Severe migraines caused by nursing. Can I take Excedrin Migraine? I started getting migraines a few days ago. I think it's because my baby latches on so tight (worse pain than a contraction) and my whole body clenches up for the first 2+ minutes that he is nursing. Then I have an instant migraine that lasts all day. It never full goes away, but gets a little better when I sleep but as soon as I nurse him again, it's right back. My son is 4 days old. I nursed my first son (now 2) and didn't have any migraines like this and have no history of them... any suggestions? Can I take Excedrin Migraine? If I drank 3 beers and a Sparks, slept 9 hours then took 2 excedrin migraine, is my liver damaged? I drank about 3 beers and a Sparks 3 nights ago. I woke up about 1:30pm on friday (9 hours later) and had a monster headache, I took some excedrin migraine, which contain 250mg acetaminophen each. I felt alright the rest of the day but have since been feeling like my stomach is knotted up kind. I feel like my lower abdomen is all full still. I have been drinking a lot of water. I called Poison Control and they said that the dosage of excedrin is no where near enough to hurt me with the time that had lapsed. I still and nervous, can anyone provide a little insight? Thanks. Excedrin Migraine...cramps...? I just got my period last night and us girls alway know that the first day is the worse, painful feeling of cramps. I started my period around 9ish. The pain didnt really start kicking in till 10ish-11ish. I cant sleep at night when i'm on my period because the pain hurts to much for me to get to sleep. Is it safe to take Advil Cold & Sinus with Excedrin Migraine? I have bad sinus problems, to which I take Advil Cold and Sinus, which clears it up. I also get chronic migraines which my doctor told me to take Excedrin Migraine. Is it safe to take them both at the same time, or do the drugs in them conflict? Why are the dosing instructions different on Excedrin and Excedrin Migraine? Although the dosage instructions on Excedrin say take two tablets every 4 hours not to exceed 8 tablets in a 24 hour period, the instructions on Excedrin Migraine say take 2 every 24 hours. There is actually more acetaminophen in Excedrin than in Excedrin Migraine. This doesn't make sense.

I was told to take Excedrin Migraine by OB doctor while I am 35 weeks pregnant? I thought you couldn't take excedrin when you are pregnant? why is the OB telling me to take something with aspirin in it ?
What's the difference between normal Excedrin and Excedrin Migraine? They have the same drugs in the exact same amounts. But the migraine one costs twice as much. O_o Am I missing something?

I get headaches daily unless I take Excedrin Migraine? I am 22 years old. I am not dehydrated or tired and I do not drink alcohol or do drugs. What could be causing this? I took 2 allergy relief pills and 4 Excedrin migraine pills to zap a severe migraine. Bad? I feel a little numb but coherent but somethings are hazy. There's weird 'swirly' feeling behind the eye that was hurting from the migraine. How concerned should I be about this?
