After heavy exercise, Is pain in the back of the head a sign of high blood pressure? After doing a heavy cardo workout (running 5 miles), I get a bad headache in the back of my head. It occurs more or less an hour after the exercise. The pain is located in the upper neck and brain stem area. In the past I believed it was dehydration, but after talking to some people they said it could possibly be a sign of high blood pressure. It does not occur everytime I exercise, but then it does it is very nerve racking. If you guys have any info, I would like to hear it. THanx

Someone accused me of backing into them and then leaving the scene of an accident? A couple of months ago I was at a restaurant and apparently this girl got her car damaged. She works at the restaurant. I got a call from a detective saying she wrote down my license plate and turned me in for a hit and run. My problem is that this NEVER happened. My husband was in the truck with me the whole time and it never happened. She has a witness that works with her and that girl's father is a deputy sheriff. The detective is trying to pressure me into saying that I did it, so we can just "get it taken care of" so he says. It is only 200 dollars worth of damage, and she is saying I backed into her and scratched her car. I drive a double cab HUGE pickup and if I backed into her it would cause massive damage on her little sports car. She is also saying I looked at her in the rear view and just drove off. I was in that parking lot for 10 minutes and she never came up to me, not to mention I have a double cab with tinted windows and a galvanized headache rack, so she could have never seen me in my rear view. That detective is threatening me saying he is going to make it a hit and run. What should I do? How can someone pick a car at random, write down their license plate number and fabricate something like this? Betty Boop-- That is EXACTLY what I think happened. She was sitting by us and she was drinking heavily, but they won't listen to me. No there is no damage on our truck, but they are saying that is because it is a metal trailer hitch and it wont show damage. UGH!!! I am suffering from the most painful cluster migraine headache attacks, need some advice and encouragement? I have been having these headaches now, the most painful ones, for almost 3 weeks now. I have been seeing my chiropractor and have been taking the sumatriptan and naratriptran, but still this pain just seems to get worse and worse. I am surprised I haven't even winded up in an emergency room yet, (it's getting close!) . No more insurance for the sumatriptan until after March 17 I believe and Naratriptan is getting down too. I am going to see if I can get some Maxalt from my doctor and see if that works better. Is there anything, that works better or faster than these triptans do? I get up frequently with the headaches (oh, those are the worst!) and by the time I take the pills I am so racked up in pain, I don't know if they are of any benefit.. I would really appreciate some help, advice, or encouragement. Thanks. Also would like to know if breathing pure oxygen has worked for some people out there.

Any help in remembering a children's story? I've been racking my brain forever trying to remember this children's series i used to read so much as a kid. do i deserve a purple heart?? ok i dont understand, april 2nd 2005 i was on a convoy when my vehicle was hit by an ied. i was injured, had internal bleeding and a severe headache for 3 weeks. purple heart regulations state that if injured by enemy fire that entitles you to be awarded the purple heart. i was denied the purple heart. but yet this past may there was a guy that was in his rack, the building was hit with a mortar and a brick fell on him. he was awarded the purple heart. am i wrong for being pissed? what should i do? my command says that they cant do anything with it. should i write my congressman AGAIN? or am i just wasting my time?

I was diagnosed with neck muscle spasms causing tension headaches, what type of doctor should I see? My ob/gyn gave me a prescription of 10 mg flexeril daily and over a month later i see no change. these muscle spasms happen EVERY DAY and they cause a tension headache EVERY DAY. this has gone on for YEARS. i just thought it was stress related but its getting serious, it has literally ruined my life. i wake up in pain, i live every day in pain, i go to bed with pain. it never ends. i am desperate to fix this and get my life back. so the question is.....Neurologist, Orthopedic, or Rheumetologist? there is also a high chance i have Fibromyalgia so I hear a Neurologist or Rheumetologist would be the direction to go but WHICH ONE should i start with? note: i am 28, have Endometriosis and a nice long list of issues i need addressed with the PROPER type of doctor. i cannot go through what i went through with the Endometriosis which was a FIVE year process of seeing doctor after doctor surgery after procedure test after test racking up way to many doctor visits/bills. ok so aside from the fibro, what doctor is best for the muscle spasms and headaches ALONE?

Car grinding sound on bumps...? I own a nissan sunny 2004 1.6, i had my routine car check at 80,000 Kms while reporting i had a problem of car makes grinding sound at bumps on front and back. They diagnosed and reported to change 1. My front shock & back absorbers 2. Engine mount (all 4 mounts) 3. Tie Rod Rack end 4. CV Joint boot all four 5. Front Lower Arm both (2) I checked with my mechanic and replaced all of these above mentioned parts and additionally replace the brake pads shoes too. The only thing that was left is the front shock absorbers as the mechanic said the front suspension is ok, no need to replace it. now im comfortable with my ride. But still the sound in the front continues when on bumpy roads. Please help me to solve this problem. It's a headache, i almost lost money in replacing these parts. Now what else to do im stuck up....

Have you ever went to other people's house that is very messy? I did. It was awful. The couple that live in the house has: no soap in each bathrooms (1 1/2) no fence around the yard where the kids play in and runs after the toy that rolls in to the street often the kids' room is VERY messy and all of the clothes are laying around the room not hung or washed no paper towel in the kitchen very little yoilet paper left hand towel underneath the plunger instead of hanging on the towel rack urine and juice spots all over the carpet al of the toys that are in the kids' messy roon has no batteries (talking toys irritate the heck of the couple that rent or owned this house) when it's dinner, we eat nothing but burnt foods! It's such an awful visit that when I went home, I almost threw up and have a headache from heat the the way the house looks I am dying to turn them n for that and contact CPS for the way the kids live What would you do if you see kids that live like that?? Would you report it or let the kids live unbearably??? I always pray for these kids to hav4e a better home than that.

Who makes Oxygen cylinder holder for vehicles? Looking to strap my Oxygen tank upright in back of my work truck it has a headache rack wondering if anyone knows of who makes something to hold in place as permanent rack I only carry one bottle and use propane instead of acetylene for cutting. your pregnancy complaints? or you like being pregnant? ust wondering what any of you all want to complain about as far as being pregnant? and how far along you are? i have a cousin that LOVES being pregnant! i don't know how. i am starting to rack up on complaints! 1st trimester i was just tired all the time & moody. 2nd trimester i felt great, had plenty of energy & was in such a better mood! but this last part.. i am close to 30 wks and i am starting to get miserable! i feel like a pig! i don't crave certain things, just everything i hear or if someone mentions it i want it lol. very bad with sweets. and being starved at like 4am a lot! i've always had a fear of being overweight & i have no idea what i should weigh now. but that is the least of my worries. my back hurts most of the time. i am sooo tired of peeing. it's very hard to even grocery shop b/c every time i stand up it's just sooo much pressure on my bladder. it is sooo miserable! if i have to pee a little i feel like i haven't got to go for a week! i am constipated like all the time! i miss taking hot baths & sleeping on my stomach. i wish i could take something like advil for a headache b/c tylenols DO NOT EVER WORK!! i have trouble sleeping. now i am getting heart burn a lot really bad! i can't wait to get my hair highlighted soon! i am getting TIRED a lot again and feeling lazy. not to mention i am very moody. one min. i am okay, then i'm sooo crabby, when i am not in the mood to just cry all day long. i have been feeling really depressed on/off. i am bored and cannot wait till my baby gets here. i feel like there is nothing really to do but to go shopping. movie theaters are rough b/c my back hurting so bad! and having to pee a lot! i get headaches off/on mainly in the middle of the night! i am really missing my old clothes i can't fit in now! i feel like i wear the same clothes all the time :( right now i am to the point where as bad as i wanted to be pregnant i hate to even see a HPT commercial on TV right now LOL. it's definitely harder to get around now as i am feeling the extra weight in my belly hehe. i know not much longer! it's moving quick, but at the same time it is dragging. less than 3 weeks till my next 4D ultrasound! can't wait! it's been a long journey but an amazing experience and it will all be worth it. i plan on having another baby in 3 years or so. i know women do this all the time. but it's not exactly a picnic. i know why they said last trimester is worst! i'm sure once i lay eyes on my son i'll forget all about this stuff going on now. i think i am just anxious for him to get here and getting frustrated with this waiting! and hormones are going crazy i guess! so just wanted to know if anyone else is in the same boat feeling like complaining & just venting i guess. men do not seem to understand! they think they do lol. i mean my hubby has been right there by my side and puts up with my griping about everything. i give him that... but they get the easy part of having kids ;)

Adult head injury doesn't hurt until 2-3 days later? What could be the issue? my friend hit his head on a towel rack in his bathroom about 3 days ago. It hurt like heck at the time but then it got better. Well today he woke up with a major headache. His head is very tender to the touch, and he says he just doesn't feel right and it hurts like nothing he's ever felt before It's been 3 days now, why would these symptoms arise now? He is really worried that there could be something serious going on. He was fine until the morning. Could his scalp just be bruised and that is causing the severe headache? He claims he has hit his head worse than this before, and has never felt this way before He can't go to the hospital, or doctor even because he doesn't have insurance. however if any of you think this could be a serious problem, then I will make him go. home remedies for a 3 day headache? i have had a headache for 3 straight days now. all i want to do is sleep, eat, use the bathroom, and go back to sleep. i dont feel like doing anything but sleeping. im not weak, tired or exhausted, my head just hurts badly. normally when i have a headache, i take some pain killers and it goes away immediately. this time around, the pills arent working. i dont want to go to the doctor because i have kids at home that needs me and my husband has to keep his job. the last time i went to the doctor, i stayed there for almost 3 days because they couldnt find anything wrong and i racked up $8000 in medical bills. why am i having this 3 day headache and what can i do for help? the pills normally work but this one time, it didnt. i drink a lot(i mean A LOT) of water, and i dont drink coffee or tea. i dont have any sensitivity to lights, just the sun. if i go outside in 85 or hotter degree weather, my head will be hurting ALL day long. so i keep myself hydrated and i try to avoid the heat.

How much should I sell my 1989 chevy k1500 for? I have a 1989 chevy k1500 I am wanting to sell. It has a 3" body lift and has 33" mud tires of american racing rims. The paint is immaculant! It is red and has a custom built headache rack that looks really good. It looks really nice. I get a lot of compliments on it when I take it out of town. I just had the motor completely rebuilt by a machine shop intown. It is bored .040 over with brand new pistons, rings, rods, lifters, and a new cam. They also rebuilt the heads. It runs really good, I would not be afraid to take it anywhere. It runs down the highway going 70 easy. It has 373 gears. It is automatic with a newer 700r4 transmission. I don't know how to get a picture on here, or I would put a picture. It has tinted windows. It is a stepside box and a regular cab. I don't want to get rid of it, but I am going to college next year and I need a smaller vehicle because I am going to be driving 30 miles one way. The only bad thing about this truck is that the tact don't work, so I don't know how many miles are on the truck. It has a new frame on it too. Where can I find a tan toolbox, headache rack, and bedrails for an F150? I have a 2006 F150 that's dark brown with tan on the bottom, and I want to find these. I've seen them on multiple other trucks when I'm driving and it looks really good. Everything is tan like the two-tone color on the bottom of the truck. The toolbox is usually weather guard brand, but when I go to their website they don't have this color. Do I have to buy all of this stuff and then get it powder coated or does it come pre painted?

I have just exchanged the steering rack on me Vectra after blowing a hole in the seal? After much headache and many wet pairs of trousers & undies I finally got it reassembled, And the steering fluid level is holding at the correct mark all an annoying clunk has developed at the same time lurches in an slight upward motion and as far as I know all nuts/bolts track rods gear linkage and all engine anchor mounts are in & tightened to torque and what a job it is just to yank out the rack. Any way can any body enlighten me as to what could be potential causes in addition an engine management light accompanies the problem but I dont know if thereis any connection? no the pipes only go on one way the thread width's are different and the system was bled and then re bled its more of an impact noise as apposed to a hissy whine or dry pump sounds I got a feeling its something to do with the suspension/ rollbar/ radius arm kind of area. How to get rid of a spinal headache? About 3 or 4 days ago I had a spinal tap (lumbar puncture) done at the hospital in hope for a diagnosis on whether or not I have multiple sclerosis. I did get told go lie down for about an hour after and then was told to leave. The rest of the day I did as I pleased and hung out with friends and I wasn't sore at all. The day after my back was achy but that was ok and then the day after that I got a really bad headahe all of a sudden and have been getting it off and on ever since. I think I've noticed that it gets really bad when I sit up, and is okay when I stand up but fully gone the second I lie down. I'm only fifteen and have my year 11, TEE English exam tomorrow. Yeah it's important and I'm going to be sitting for 3 hours and racking my brain for answers. I don't think it will go down well, what can I do? Is there anyway to fix it, I don't think neurofen is working. Or should I just call up and request to do it next week if possible? Idk if they will let me though. I can't even study cos it hurts so much. Any advice would be wonderful :)
