How long do you leave a TENS unit on for low back pain and hip pain? Is there a limit to how long to keep on? I have been having severe low back pain both sides, radiating into buttocks and left hip for 2 months. I just started using a TENS unit today with limited instruction. How long can I leave it on?
Why am i having severe low back pain? I had a spinal fusion in '99. It's been ten years and I'm 27 now and have been having severe low pain that radiates to my right shoulder and neck. Is this going to chronic or is there something else going on?
What should I do about my severe low back pain? I have had severe low back pain for a week now. When I wake up in the morning I struggle to get up out of bed. 18 weeks with low back pain and dull belly aches? I saw my doc today and told him about this and he said its probably the round ligament pain and my uterus stretching. Its really uncomfortable though, especially the low back pain. I take 2 extra strength tylenol twice daily which helps a little. Does anyone who's experienced this have any good remedies??
What can my husband do for his chronic low back pain? On my husbands MRI it said Large Herniated Disk( L4). All the doctor has done for him is give him pain killers. There has to be something eles he can do . The doctor also said he is to young for back surgery so all he has done is write him pain pills every month there after. After 3 months of wearing the belt, my doctor advised me to discard the LS belt and practice physiotherapy. But without belt, if I bent or lift moderatly heavy articles, I get pain in the lower back. I was wondering if anyone experience these types of pains in early pregnancy and everything was fine. I have not had any bleeding or anything just the pain on and off. The doc says get another MRI and the report has things to say about every joint from T12 to S-1 old tear here, bulge, old bulge, old ruptures and yes I have some pain but am taking little for it. Husband has low grade fever, back pain and skin sensitive to touch. What is this? This has been going on since Wednesday evening. Usually if he gets sick he's better in a couple days. Here it is Sunday morning, and he still has symptoms. He's been resting and downing fluids. The fever has ranged from normal to 99 degrees. Never that we know of going above 99 degrees.
