The pain gets worse with every month...it did go away for almost a month about a year ago but has been back full force for the past year...I am at my wits end with this because nothing seems to help. Any suggestions from anyone? Anything will help me at this point...plus I know it is driving my fiancee crazy that I can't move most of the time at night

I have something like a pinched nerve, tendentious & pain going from the bottom of neck in the center down to my right shoulder and sometimes all the way down my wrist to my fingers. Now I have tendentious in my right arm and at times it flares up to my shoulder & up towards my neck. But the past few days the pain has moved more to the back of my neck or the bottom part of my neck right in the center. Plus last night I was hit with some nausea & kind of dizzy. Now, I am also fighting a sinus problem too so I know you can get dizzy when the middle ear is involved so it could be that. But also is it possible part of the pain & the pinched nerve tendon thing is causing it too? I'm putting off seeing a doctor hoping this time it will clear itself up again but last time it happened I was put on very strong steroids & pain pills. Knocked me out for over a week! My daughter has a birthday party Sunday that I can't miss. (sigh) Any ideas of what it is? Could the pain be making me nauseous? The pain isn't all the time more nagging. pinched nerve in neck=sharp head pains? ive been having sharp pains in my head for about 8 weeks now. ive had tests done; ct scans came back normal and blood work came back normal. a doctor think it may be my eyes (im getting contacts tomorrow) and ive recently began seeing a chiropractor, because i just can't take it anymore! he said my neck is very straight and its supposed to be in somewhat of a curve. i was in a car accident 2 years ago and saw him then and he also said the same thing. he has adjusted my neck quite forcefully and ive felt a bit of relief. im just scared that going through with the treatment is going to be a waste of time. i dont really see what else these pains could be. its not stress, because these pains are EVERY DAY and occur more often with movement. i just really want him to be sincerely helping me. could a pinched neck nerve really cause such head pains?
